The Y is a founding nonprofit organization, offering health, hope, and opportunity since 1974:

  • Parents find a safe, nurturing environment for their children to stay active, be engaged, and learn positive values at our YMCA Child Development Center. Visit our Childcare page to learn more.

  • Our fitness areas and classes help adults connect with other community members with similar interests and goals. Visit our Health and Wellness page to see what we have to offer.

  • Adults and Seniors connect with friends, pursue interests, and learn how to live healthier with our Cardio Maintenance managed by our very own nurse. Stop in our Cardio Room from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to speak with the nurse if you want to learn more.

  • People from all backgrounds and walks of life come together to volunteer and help strengthen their community. To find out more visit our Get Involved page.

As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, the Y provides crucial programs and services to more than 230,000 people every year.
