Class Descriptions 


Spin: Our Spin Class is an upbeat cardio packed workout held on stationary bikes. These great instructors help guide you through climbs, sprints, and a few arm workouts, all while jamming out to some great music to help you keep the pace on the bikes! Yoga: This is a low impact class that uses sequences of isometric poses, done on a yoga mat to help improve core strength, balance, and range of motion. The class focuses on deep breathing which helps promotes lung function and relieves stress while burning calories. Our instructors are ready to help if you need to modify a pose to match your individual needs. 

Cardio Fusion: This class focuses on resistance training fused with cardio.  If you want to add weight lifting into your workout routine this class is a great way to start. Our instructor helps keep you motivated and demonstrates modifications no matter what your fitness level is. 

Zumba: "This is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness." These instructors help you dance away the stress of the day and lift your spirts! You leave class and didn't even notice you were exercising it is so much fun!

Strong Nation: This class " combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to the last rep, and maybe even five more."  The instructors are ready to help get you stronger with no weights required, every move can be modified weather its your first class or you have been doing it for years!

Pound: This class is done using drum sticks, and includes exercises that involve alternate squatting and standing but can be modified to be done sitting. Many of the positions used in Pound are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance. This is a great class to rock out to and pound out the frustrations of the day!

Tabata: This class uses a timer to designate working times and rest times to keep your heart rate up! This classes uses some weights but participants can start low and work their way up. This class will target upper body, lower body and abs.

Water Aerobics:  Our water aerobics classes are held in the pool. Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that utilizes water to provide resistance, aid balance, and cushion the impact on joints durring the classes. Our Water Aerobics classes are offered both in the Shallow and Deep end of our pool. Participants can use flotation devices, so they do not need to know how to swim to enjoy these great classes.
