Pool Only rental- $225 for members and $275 for non members for 2 hours of Pool use.

Gym Only Rental- $175 for members and $225 for non members for 2 hours of Gym use.

Birthday Party- Choice of Gym or Pool for 1 hour and party room for 1 hour. Rates are $225 for members and $275 for non-members.

50% non refundable deposit is due at the time of registration with the balance paid 3 days before event.
Welcome to the YMCA of Pulaski County. We are so excited that you have decided to book your special event with us! Please take a moment to read the information below to help your special event go smoothly.

 

  1. Pool and Gym Party reservations are for 1 hour in the pool or gym and 1 hour in the party room
  2. Our Community Room only seats 15 people, if your party is larger than that, let us know and we may be able to have space/seating in the gym or pool area.
  3. You will be able to decorate the party space before your guests arrive. We recommend 30-60 minutes before, but if you need more time, just contact our front desk staff at 980-3671 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  4. If you will have more than 34 people in the pool area for your special event, we will need to staff an extra lifeguard. This will be an additional $50 above the party fee. For the extra lifeguard required.
  5. Please bring your own decorations, serving utensils and supplies needed for your party.
  6. All Fees must be paid by the day of the party, prior to the start time.
  7. Clean up and garbage removal is the responsibility of the booking party. The dumpster is located at the rear of the Y facility, just off the main parking lot.
