Pool Only rental- $225 for members and $275 for non members for 2 hours of Pool use.

Gym Only Rental- $175 for members and $225 for non members for 2 hours of Gym use.

Birthday Party- Choice of Gym or Pool for 1 hour and party room for 1 hour. Rates are $225 for members and $275 for non-members.

This space has a strict limit of 13 people maximum. If your event is under this limit you can rent this space for a two hour block of time

$100 for members and $150 for non members

A  50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking with all fees due 5 days before the event.

Welcome to the YMCA of Pulaski County. We are so excited that you have decided to book your special event with us! Please take a moment to read the information below to help your special event go smoothly.

 

  1. Pool and Gym Party reservations are for 1 hour in the pool or gym and 1 hour in the party room
  2. Our Community Room only seats 13 people, if your party is larger than that, let us know and we have space outside the Community room for more tables and chairs.
  3. You will be able to decorate the party space before your guests arrive. We recommend 30-60 minutes before, but if you need more time, just contact our front desk staff at 980-3671 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  4. Please bring your own decorations, serving utensils and supplies needed for your party.
  5. All Fees must be paid by the day of the party, prior to the start time.
  6. Clean up and garbage removal is the responsibility of the booking party. The dumpster is located at the rear of the Y facility, just off the main parking lot.
